Enhancing Business Continuity and Crisis Management for a Regional Nuclear Energy Company​

As part of the national program to develop nuclear energy capability, the client organization sought assistance in enhancing and improving its existing program in business continuity and non-radiological crisis management. The objective was to achieve and maintain certification against both international and national management system standards.
